Alison Treaster is the Senior Director of Talent for the Allegheny Conference on Community Development. She supports the overall regional talent attraction and retention strategy to make the Pittsburgh region more competitive. She leads the college talent strategy, as well as growing the social and professional talent ecosystem to create a more inclusive, robust, and thriving talent pipeline and workforce. She previously worked for human rights and refugee organizations in Washington D.C. and Pittsburgh. She holds a B.A. in Education and Spanish from Penn State University and a M.A. in Latin American Studies and Foreign Policy from Georgetown University.
