It was our distinct pleasure to host 200 CEO and c-suite executives at the 2024 CEO Vision Breakfast – From the Top: Advancing DEI in a Complex Landscape. Keynote, Tara Jaye Frank, offered an open invitation to reflect on the emotional intelligence we should deploy in our approach to diversity and inclusion in our workplaces. As always, recognizing one of our region’s DEI leaders, Evan Frazier, with the DEI Innovation Award is always a humble honor. This year, we catalyzed deeper conversations and reflections on the imperative for leaders to consider fundamental human needs, become waymakers, embrace the fear of mistakes, and prioritize care and coalitions.
